Query about an existing booking?

To contact us regarding an existing booking please visit the My Account section. Click on the 'Contact Us' section and enter your query details.

You can also use the My Account section to do the following:

  • Pay the balance on an existing booking
  • Re-issue travel vouchers
  • Cancel a booking


All you need is the username and password you created when you made your first booking with us.
