Hotel is looking tatty and rooms aren't in good condition; breakfast is canteen-style (not in a good way) and very crowded at weekends. The use of 'raffle' tickets for breakfast & drinks is a bit naff. It is, though, well located for Downtown (and easy to get about using the subway and buses) and having the extra room is good.
Overall, it needs some refurbishment and tightening up of customer service quality etc - it could then be excellent!
