My wife and i stayed here from Friday 29th Feb till Mon 3rd March 2008.
We were upgraded by the hotel into an executive suite as we had booked a double bedroom.The room was great water,wine ! and fruit was in the room on arrival and replenished each day.
The bar gave us an ice bucket to put our own champagne in. Breakfast was good but the plates were cold one morning. We ate in the bar first night and had a big plate of chicken pasta, on Sun we ate in the West view restaurant, the service and food were both excellent. We used the fitness centre every day, the staff we very helpful, one guy even lent me a £1 coin for the locker. Two close relatives have recently visted Edinburgh and they paid subsatntially more for their Hotel than we did and didn't receive as many amentites or such good service. I would recommend this Hotel to others without hesitation.
