Top marks for location and transportation links to anywhere in London, but as previous reviews, the traffic noise levels are high due to the location, bedrooms need a complete referbish and re-decorating and are very small for doubles. The friendly staff make up these shortcomings but you will find it hard to understand their English. Would only rate 2 star since of decore. Use Gloucester Road Underground Station for this hotel or No. 74 bus which stops outside its entrance.

Hotel clean and staff friendly.  Room was a little on the small size, but ok.  Hotel located in a nice area.

I would give max 2 stars for this hotel. The location is perfect, nice area outside, but inside some things should be renewed (for the accomodation price). The staff is helpfull, but not really friendly, sometimes is difficult to understand their English. It's OK just to sleep, but not really pleasant to spend the evening in the room.

The hotel was very easy to find and close to Gloucester Rd tube. There are a couple of supermarkets handily near by.I was made very welcome by staff as I arrived in reception which was very impressive. I cannot, however, say the same about my room. I was down in the basement and there was a lot of traffic and street noise (make sure you have ear plugs). The room was in need of redecoration, there was no remote for the TV and my door was very fiddly to lock. It was very clean and tidy though. Having stayed in several hotels in London recently I felt this offered poor value for money.

Ideal location. Clean and tidy but room very small. Gloucester Road Tube Station is closer than South Kensington Tube Station as advised by your site.

The hotel and room was clean and tidy, staff pleasant and in a good position - however the accomodation was very cramped and basic. The breakfast was ok but served in the foyer of the hotel. I would have put this hotel as 2 star , definitely not as described a 3 star rating

The Eden Plaza, on arrival, I found to be quite different from the image it portrays on its website. It was quite grotty and in parts, dirty. The staff were not always the most helpful, and the amount of information given on check-in was minimal.

The location I found to be very convenient, it is in walking distance of Knightsbridge and Kensington High St, and convenient to the Tube.

The "double" bedroom I stayed in was more akin to a single bedroom in any other hotel, so it was not the most spacious. I would say if you are on a really tight budget this hotel is ideal for you, however if you would like a bit of luxury while in London, stay well away!
