Different Class

10 August 2008
My 1st time at the Hotel Dynastic & all i can say is that it was excellent. All-Inclusive is the way to go if considering visiting this Hotel. The meals were brilliant with an amazing variety of food for all sort of people. The Hot Dogs,Burgers,Pizza & chips which were on suplly all day were excellent also. The staff were VERY friendly (bar, reception & animation team). Rooms were large, spacious balcony & air conditioned. There was NO problem with the smoke room (as others have implied). Pool area is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds to go around. There is no noise at night from the hotel or other close by accomodation. Close to many shops/bars & a 10 minute walk to the 'Square (for the young at heart). We have stayed in 2 other 4* hoyels in Benidorm and the Dynastic is by far the best yet. Couldn't ask for more & we will certainly be returning again.

LARGE GROUP AT THE HOTEL

03 July 2008
We were a group of 14 staying at this hotel which included 7 adults and 7 children aged from 5 to 13. The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were very spacious, furnished/decorated to a high standard and cleaned every day and the staff on reception were very friendly and happy to help. We were given cards to access our rooms and to show at the bar/restaurant for all inclusive drinks/food etc. We did have to get our cards reset by reception quite a few times during that week to access our rooms as they didn't work and being on the 15th floor with only 2 lifts it did take quite a while each time, but didn't hinder our enjoyment. The hotel entertainment was poor which was a shame for a 4* hotel, the entertainment staff seemed to lack energy and enthusiasm but being in a large group it didn't affect us too much. The pool area was sufficient for the kids and there was always somewhere to sunbathe. I felt that the pool area could really benefit from some landscaping (greenery, trees and shrubs) to make it feel a little exotic and relaxing. This could really make the hotel a bit more special. We chose the right time to holiay at this hotel 13th-20th June as on the last night, several groups of stag and hen parties starting arriving. We could hear them from our room 15 storeys high after midnight, but being in Benidorm quite expected it anyway. The morning of our departure we waited around the pool area and noticed that one party goer hadn't even made it back to his room and was sleeping on a sun lounger. The pool area hadn't been cleaned and looked very messy (this was usually cleaned every day so I don't know what happened that day). There were fruit remnants thrown into the pool, drinks thrown all over the pool tables and fruit pieces thrown into the table pockets this was a real let down but fortunately didn't affect our stay, I wouldn't have like to have been holiday there the following week. Overall our holiday was very enjoyable and we would definitely go back to Benidorm and this hotel (during particular dates).

15 March 2008
Been to benidorm a few times and the resort is the best in spain. Hotel was ok and most of the staff were realy friendly. Hotel facilities were great, pools were perfect for the kids, not too good for the adults though. Spa however was brill, food ok have had better. Overall a good holiday :D!

Get what you pay for.

02 March 2008
Hotel very clean and the rooms are good .Not 4 star a reasonable 3 star The bathrooms are very good. The staff very friendly especially the bar staff. Entertainment great people who do try hard, but really only entertaining after a few drinks.. A man playing the organ was the professional (Tie a Yellow ribbon round the old oak tree and shake your tamborine !!.) Very good position for going out and about. The food was awful ,cold and ok if you liked chips. The Snacks if you like chips .chicken nuggets and cold pink burgers. You could make a toastie with cheese and ham. You wont starve as there is salad and bread but it is so cheap to eat out and you will have a good choice of hot food. A good breakfast is only 3 euros. Such a shame you are in Spain and you would not know it. The bar area very much a work mens club , very few comfy chairs. The pool area is very clean but being February not any one using the pool you are surrounded by high rise buildings not a pretty view. to be seen any where. You must remember that you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR so you can't expect too much. I would only suggest that you use this hotel for a cheap break, a base if you want to stay in Benidorm and be prepared to eat out. I would not reccomend for couples or familes but for groups who want to have fun out and about.

Rubbish

22 February 2008
We just returned from a 5 day half term break with a 1 year old, 8 year old and 16 year old. The entertainment was rubbish. It said indoor pool but children were not allowed. We don't smoke and I don't like my children in a smoky room but you had to walk though a smoky room to get your drinks, and this is where the entertainment should have been. The only plus is that it was clean. So for the price we paid per room plus we had to pay to hire the cot the overall rating is not good. Sonia, Northampton.

Could improve

21 January 2008
Have just returned and had 11 nights all inclusive. Hotel lacks character - although most modern hotels do. Food ok - although sometimes not enough choice of hot food. All staff were great, and especially the bar staff who were excellent and the all inc. drinks were very good - could have a bottle of wine with meals. The only real down side was the entertainment which was dreadful - we were told that the management will not spend any money on this so it made it really difficult for the 2 staff who did really try. I suppose that the the management want you to drink elsewhere in the evenings and not take advantage of the free drinks! Rooms were quite small although modern - nice large balcony but not good views. I would stay at the Dynastic again if it was the right price.

Lots of good points and 2 bad points

18 January 2008
Rooms, AI food, bar, facilities, and staff great, highly recommended, the 2 thing i didnt like was the parking cost 10euros a day, (free at the last one i stayed in) and the entertainment was pretty lame, (but thats quite entertaining when the bar is AI)

a group of 7 ladies went for 4 days 1st feb 2007 we could not fault it for what we paid the food was plentiful and lots of choice but it was quite lukewarm but i think that happens everywhere in spain us ladies all had a great time no problems getting drinks we didnt all have to stand together to get drinks 1 card allowed us to get for all the party the rooms were fantastic beautiful and clean bathroom fantastic the only downside birthday presents we had bought for our friend mysteriously vanished from the room when we told the management they said the cleaner must have thrown them away mistaking them for rubbish!!!!!
other than this i would recommend this hotel to anyone fantastic location minutes away from bars and restaurants

10 February 2007
As with every trip you take when you book on the internet all you can do is read the reviews some like it some don't but the Dynastic was overall good, so we went with a open mind. When we arrived the place looked WOW !! The room was as good if not better than any we've stayed in, the food was excellent, so many choices of hot and cold even cava and caviar for breakfast, what a place. It was a bit quiet not a lot of people there, the entertainment staff at night tried to get everyone involved so we ended up having a good time. The towels were changed every day and the room cleaned. Overall we could not fault it, thanks alpharooms for your reviews which helped us to make this choice it don't think we could have done better.

Fantastic 'Dynastic'

08 September 2006
We stayed there for 7 days in July this year
Thoroughly enjoyed everything. It had lovely big rooms which were cleaned every day.Was nice and peaceful,We met lots of people and made several new friends. There was lots to do and lots of organised events for every age group.Meals were plentiful with a great choice. the only downside for us was unhelpful reception staff, but we didn't call on their services very often. Great location. I'd go back in an instant.

freindly dynastic

30 March 2006
we have stayed at the dynastic twice this year. we loved the fantastic bathrooms "wow".all the staff were really nice people especially jhuan and said in the bar. they work so hard to serve everyone.it was nice they recognised us and made a fuss, we felt very welcome.the food in the dinning room was good quality but there was not really enough choice but it didnt spoil our stay.the whole hotel was immaculate and very clean. the outside area could do with some shrubs just to give it a bit of green.our room was massive but the views from most of the hotel are not the best.the entertainment was ok and was good for people watching as the team got people up to do the daftest things, it gave us a laugh.the only moan is the cost of parking 10 euros a day and theres not much chance of parking locally, so really your stuck.all in all we had a great time and would go back as its location is ok and the staff make this hotel

Review of 'DYNASTIC' March 2006

23 March 2006
Stayed at Dynastic for three nights on all-inclusive basis, with my friend. We were there on business, not really on holiday.

The hotel is very well decorated and the bedrooms are really nice, and immaculately clean.Bathroom is lovely with a bath and power shower.
The all-inclusive deal was great value, breakfast, lunch and dinner, with all day snacks and a packed lunch if you wanted to go out for the day. The food is good and plentiful and I am quite fussy. Drinks, alcholic and beverages are available all day, and there was no waiting for ages to get served.
Unfortunately we stayed during a local school break, so the hotel was packed with Spanish families, which is not really ideal, but it did not spoil our break.
Plenty of lifts, so never waiting  ages for one, as I have in other hotels.
The entertainment is fairly average but is aimed at all nationalities, and the staff speak good english.
The swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are brilliant and open until ten at night, which suited me , as I could use them after a day out. There are also two outdoor pools which were not being used as weather still not hot, but there are plenty of outside beds and chairs.
Hotel is about ten minutes stroll from the sea (Rincon area) and the bus stop is right outside if you want to go further afield. One euro for any trip within the town, which is great value. Bus goes as far as Altea, so you can take a packed lunch if you want to go out for the day.
Would recommend this hotel for anyone who likes Benidorm, which I don't, and wants to be near the town without the hussle and bussle of more central places. The four star rating is for hotel not the town.

Review of 'DYNASTIC'

Well as a seasoned traveller, i have had the pleasure of staying in stunning hotels and staying in terrible hotels.  Dynastic sits in the middle.  A few pointers.  Easy stroll to beach.  Plenty of bars and restaurants without the REAL noise of being in middle of town.  Very, very clean and modern.  Pools dont really get the sun so i imagine they would be very cold.  Air conditioning didnt work(to be fair though, it was March and might be a seasonal thing).  Fridge was at best luke warm.  Didnt make breakfast(too many late nights) and didnt make dinner(too many afternoon starts) Overall it was just ok. If you are on a budget and want somewhere clean, handy and not wanting to worry about arriving to a tip, then i would reccomend this hotel.

Finally, have to say that as far as customer service goes, then the receptionist went out of her way to know her customers.  We were staying there to go to a football match and when she heard our accent, she immediately started to shout the name of the team we were playing.  She had a wee laugh before launching into one of our football songs, one that is not well known might i add.  Knowing your customer always put you ahead of the game and it got our break off to a fantastic start.

Boy you could see the hotel from a distance with the orange balcony frontings!  At least at night when coming back it stood out very well and after a few libations every little helped!  The hotel was extremely clean, staff were very friendly, helpful and hard-working.   The restaurant area was again clean and tidy with the food very well cooked and a good selection.  Room service I thought was a little pricey but to be honest with the large buffet at the appropriate meal times I don't think you needed extra!  Plenty of parking but 10 euros a night!  Would definately go back to the hotel, good location for most things and the Old Town is a good walk away but only a short distance in a taxi 6 - 8 euros depending upon the time.  Recommend this Hotel.

This is an excellent hotel, the food was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide selection of hot and cold meals.
The hotel facilities were suoerb and enclude a 25 meter indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, hair dressing salon, and two outdoor pools.
The rooms were very modern and plush.  The bathroom was excellent, with all mod cons.
All in all our group had a fantastic stay at the dynastic, and we would recomend this 4 star hotel to any group whether young, old, and especially to young families as there is entertainment for children.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

I have been to this hotel many times and would reccomend it to anyone wether a solo traveller/couples/families.
The Dynastic is in the centre of everything and the staff are next to none and could not do enough for you and believe me when I say they remember you on your returns.
I was at the Dynastic in January and for the first time i was very poorly and in bed the whole holiday :0( Yes it spoiled my time there however the staff were fantastic and brought me room service and lovely cold bottled water reguarly to my room to keep me hydrated.
I will keep on going back to this hotel as staff are so friendly and location is fantastic.

Hotel was great, very modern, clean & airly,  bedrooms/bathrooms were excellent, the cleaning staff very friendly & trustworthly, as were the other staff, but the entertainment was poor, the pub could do with a seperate non smoking area, the spa area was fab and worth three euros to use, the outdoor swimming pools was in the shade most of the time, due to the high rise buildings blocking the sun, the dining area very clean, a bit noisy at peak times, mostly self service, the food was very basic as in most hotels, if not the same almost every day, hot meals tend to be warm rather than piping hot, could be a lot better, in general the hotel could be a five star if a lot more improvements are made, and worth staying for the money, we would come again. Excellent hotel (for a long weekend break)with a great and plentiful choice of food and drink.  The sun did tend to disappear behind the other high rise hotels about 5 o'clock, a bit disappointing!  my only complaint was the entertainment which was quite poor and the fact that the bar closed dead at 12 o'clock.  If you wanted another drink after 12 you had to go out of the hotel.

Just returned from Dynastic we had a wonderful time and were very impressed with this hotel.  Lovely hotel ,nice and new, very modern, very clean. Food was lovely plenty of choice and nice and fresh. Staff very nice Only problem we had was the sun had disappeared behind the tall buildings surrounding the hotel by five oclock every day which was very disappointing for us - a group of sun loving women.  Also we had to keep moving our sun loungers around during the day to keep the sun - unfortunately there is nothng anyone can do about this other than knock down the surrounding hotels which is a bit drastic.  This was our only complaint in an otherwise fanastic hotel and for anyone that isnt too bothered about sun bathing we would definitely recommend it.

First Class Hotel,

just opened and the service was excellent, being amongst the first guest to stay at the hotel, very modern, and food was very nice, a good choice.

Location was a short walk from the busy triangle, there was still some snagging work ongoing in the hotel but it was minor and no inconvience at all.

Rooms where a good size and being all new made it very special.

I certainly will be going back - I would recommend it to every age.
