This is a budget hotel suitable only for a few nights. The rooms are small and very basic, shabby furniture, minimal bedding, small shower, no bath. Breakfast was reasonable - the usual continental but with cold meats, tea, coffee, orange juice. Location is quite good - about 5 mins walk from Chapel Bridge, 10 mins from main station and lake.
