Yet again another booking through Alpha rooms that has gone off without any problems. The hotel was clean, very comfortable with the staff being friendly and helpful. The hotel was within easy walking distance to all the key places of interest, especially all the Christmas Markets, which were excellent.
The only reason for not giving a 5 was that the hotel is going through a revamp and was a bit noisy during the day. But we must end by saying it is an excellent hotel.
