Hotel room filthy and in dissaray. Hotel staff rude and unhelpful. Hotel staff refused to provide checkout form.
If you are happy with the idea of finding dirty underwear in your wardrobe, like sleeping on metal beds - two single beds, as there are no double beds available), think parrot shows are fun, and enjoy the experience of dealing with rude staff members that only speak enough english to be unhelpful - this is the place for you.

We've stayed in Don Juan Tossa at the beginning of June 2008. Hotel is very close to the wonderful beaches of the beautiful Tossa. Rooms are clean and confortable. Food could be a little bit better, but being buffet served, anyone can find something good to eat every day. Staff very kind. I can reccomend it to everyone.

Every time wé are staying in the hotel it's like coming home.
Maybe it's not the most exclusive hotel, but we are feeling good (family :son, daughter in law and 3 grandchildren)
and we are looking foreward to be there again in octobre 2007.
It will be the 9the time were coming down and we are looking foreward to it.
They have the most important thing in a hotel, people who give you the feeling that you are something special.
Oke in spring there are old people, in summer may be to much people, in autumn the weather is not what you thought it would be, but the hotel and the most important part of it all, the people who are working in the hotel are lovely.
And tha's what I (and my family) likes, and we'll be back.

Review of 'DON JUAN TOSSA'

I went on a holiday with my school. When we first got there we checked in and went up to our rooms when we got into the room they hadnt been cleaned so we had to go back out of the rooms to wait for the maids to finish their jobs. We went up to are rooms for the second time and some of my friends rooms still wernt clean. The maids were very rude towards us because we went into the room whilst it was beening cleaned. The began shouting and piont at the doors so we would leave. The food at the hotel is not appetising at all. There is not enough of a selection of different foods. It is also a problem for vegetarians as all the vegetarian food was either seasoned with meat or mixed with meet. It would also be a real problem for fussy eaters.The hotel is full of old people so whilst walking around the hotel you have to be silent. The rooms are a real let down they are cramped and very old fashioned. The beach which is really close to the hotel is really nice. this is the best part of the resort. The hotel doesnt have any facilities at all. there is not entertainment of a night time. I would advise anyone who is planning to stay at this hotel to reconsider because you would be wasting your money. its not what you would accept at all1

hi my name is becky and tossa de mar was very good - the best hoilday i've been with my mates. the hotel had a swimming pool upstairs with trees - it was very nice.
