What our customers say

This Hotel is easy to find, I found it easy to park (although it was Feb so may change in the summer months). The reception staff were courteous and efficient, not overly friendly but suited me, I had access to free internet use although they could have done with more than one PC, they do have wi-fi but how many people take their laptops on holiday? The hotel was immaculately clean, my room spotless, got bored of the TV channels but then I wasn't really there to watch TV!) and as mentioned in other reviews, cleaned well every day with all used items (loo rolls etc) being replaced as necc. would have liked to have a few snacks in the mini bar, not just drinks. The Pizza delivery to the room service was not operating but this may be seasonal as the pizza restaurant (in the next hotel) was closed. The seasonality might explain why they had also chosen February to completely rebuild the pool, should be nice for all of you going this summer! Having said that, the beach (and what a beach!) is a short stroll away, as is the Marina which has bars and restaurants and cafes and shops on all 3 sides! You really could eat your way around the world but it is also worth venturing in to the side streets to find some typical Portugese restaurants too. Breakfast at the hotel is very good although the bacon may not be to British tastes and they do have a habit of serving some pretty weird scrambled eggs and peppers and onion combos and also meatballs for breakfast? But, if you cannot satisfy your hunger with the copious amounts of fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, coffee, toast.........YOU MAY AS WELL GIVE UP!!! I didn't eat at the hotel in the evening for earlier reasons (so much choice) but did take a small beer at the bar for 3 euros, this is about twice the price as at the bars in the marina so i know where my money went! On the plus side, they did have live music (not to my taste but you can't please everyone!). Anyway, in short, unless you are expecting five star luxury, this hotel has everything you'll need and does pretty much, exactly what it says on the tin! PS, if you can get a room overlooking the sea, all the better! Have a good time!
