You are paying mainly for the breakfast room's great view of the old city. Single travellers beware: my single room was at the back with no view of La Cite inspite of my prior request for one. The stairwell was not cleaned throughout my stay. The pool was unsigned and, once found, was shabby and in need of maintenance. As a hotel sadly it does not match its great location.
