Best Hotel in Area
15 August 2008
Just returned Aug 08 from this hotel. Stayed for 2 weeks. I really can not fault the Deloix Aqua. Its clean, food is excellent (loads of choice) and the facilities are fantastic. I personally rate this hotel as the best in the area. As for previous comments about children, if you think 20-30 children is too many for a large hotel, then you need to find an adult only accomodation. You will not be disappointed if you stay at the Deloix Aqua.

Deloix
31 July 2008
The hotel was generally impressive, though there was more children there, then is an infant school! We arrived at 12:30 and had to wit until 2pm for our room, so we decided to sit around the pool until the room was ready, to be greated with no sunbeds and many sunbeds with towels on them but no bodies, we later found the Adult only pool on level 4, which was a dream! but this closed at 6pm so we had to re-join the infant school on ground level.
Food 6 out of 10, Room 8 out of 10, Cleaniness 7 out of 10.
Would I go back? Yes but not in high season.

ok hotel
30 July 2008
We have just returned from ten days at the deloix, as a family with a 10 and 12 year old we found the hotels pools were great there were four plus a childrens area, there were also hot tubs although they weren't always working. the hotel its self was situated in a perfect place away from the centre but yet close enough for you to walk to the beach , bars and shops, it has a very inviting lobby , tennis courts and the rooms were what you would expect and thankfully the air conditioning was excellent, the maids called daily and were very nice and polite and extreamly accomadating the hotels food was ok nothing special sometimes it seemed the food was what was left over from the day before and we also found that the men waiters were really nice and couldn't do enough for you but the women had quite bad attitudes and seemed to loath being there, also on one night the hotel had a wedding reception there which i thought was wrong as it was quite noisy and ment when we went to the pool side the next morning the ground was filthy from the party, one last thing , for two days the hotel locked the out side doors so that there was no loungers being reservered which worked but then they left them open and although a sign states nobody to enter untill 10am people were down there at 8.15 with their towels reseving beds one person was down there daily reseving up to 8 beds ?????? compaints were made but staff didn't seem interested enjoyed the holiday but wouldn't return

Must Stay
11 June 2008
Hotel was easy to find and located close to Mundomar where we wanted to go. Lobby area is fresh and relaxing and no problem having young children with you. I have a 3year old and 8 month old and facilities were great, pool and playground area is brill for my 3 year old and she even got to play musical statues at the evening entertainment. We went Half Board and food was yum great variety and tasty too. I especailly loved having the balcony , great space and enjoyed a bottle of wine there when kids in bed. I would book again definitely and recommend 100% to stay in this hotel.

Excellent Hotel !!
24 February 2008
Firstly I am not a Benidorm fan, but going out of season (Feb) I thought I would give it a go with the family for the first time. We arrived in the very early hours (1.30am) and immediately impressed with the standard of hotel and service. They had even laid on a meal for us. In daylight I must say the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were large and the overall quality of the hotel was extremely good especially the hotel pools which were fabulous.. As a family we found the hotel (buffet style) food to be of a good quality and variety. The hotel was spotless and our bedroom cleaned daily. I found the location perfect aswell - 10 minutes walk from the beach with the normal Benidorm not being in your face. In summing up, this is not your normal high rise benidorm hotel (only 2 storey). Its the best hotel I saw with the feel of a very good Spa hotel. I would definately recommend and indeed looking at going back in April. With no reflection at all on the hotel, Benidorm is not a place I would want to visit during the summer months, but if you do this is the hotel you need to stay in !!!

Ideal Family Hotel
08 August 2007
I have just got back from a weeks holiday at this hotel. I travelled with my husband and two children aged 3 and 12. The hotel itself is spotless and the surroundings are beautiful. It is both modern and contemporary and we really enjoyed the large open lobby where we sat relaxing waiting for family members and sat before entering the restaurant. The rooms are larger than the average rooms in size and were clean and faultless. The flat screen tv's are ideal but again there was only one english speaking channel and it would have been useful to have an english speaking music channel or kids channel. The maid cleans the room daily and to a high standard. The pool area is beautiful but the only familiar drawback is that you have to be up at around 9am to try to reserve a sunbed with towels even though it states that this is not allowed. The childrens indoor and outdoor play areas are absolutely fantastic. This hotel has really went out of its way to cater for children and making their holiday fun. The indoor pool which contains fresh water is beautiful and there is a lazy river which takes you out to the outdoor pool, although when in the indoor pool you have to wear a cap provided by the hotel to prevent hair folicles in the fresh water pool. There is a spa which looked lovely but I did not get a chance to check it out. The food is the usual spanish buffet which is all right if you like that sort of thing i.e the spanish way of cooking english food. In conclusion I would highly reccommend this hotel and would return to it again as it is about 10 mins from the beach and the main benidorm strip which means that you have the advantage of walking everywhere but not exactly being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The hotel is also beside aqualand and mundomar which is great for entertaining kids. Try this hotel for yourself and you will not be disappointed.

28 July 2007
We stayed for a fortnight in July - check in was quick and our room was available right away. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, yes it has a flat screen tv but the only english channels are sky news and bbc world. The lobby and reception desk are open plan to the bar area which has plastic orange seats and green sofas - not my taste and quite noisy to sit in. The majority of the hotel staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but some didn't speak very good english and spoke too fast for my very basic understanding of spanish. There was quite a good choice of food but the evening meal wasn't always very warm even though we were usually down shortly after it opened. The dining room paired tables for two together and the staff insisted on showing you to a table - in fact one member of staff (they don't wear name tags) actually lifted my husband's dinner and our drinks off our table and moved us to another one because we had inadvertently sat at an empty table which he was in the process of showing another couple to! We found this extremely embarrassing and never went back to the dining room after that. The Spa looked lovely but was totally empty, you could have heard a pin drop. We enjoyed using the indoor pools but the jacuzzis were taped off and unusable the whole time we were there. The kids pool looked like good fun. We've stayed in better 4* hotels and won't be returning to this one. We have been to Benidorm before and really enjoyed the resort as usual so we will be back, just not to this hotel!

We are from different backgrounds and countries, for example I am spanish, so I say sorry if I am commiting some errors in this writting. I think the hotel is very modern and the staff kind and friendly. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and felt very confortable in the room. The SPA is really relaxing. I look forward to go again to Benidorm and stay in your hotel.

we were staying at a hotel in Gandia, and decided on a trip to Benidorm,as there's not much to do for the kids at night there(Gandia).Iam so glad we did!!Although we have stayed in Benidorm many times, a friend suggested we take a look at DELOIX AQUA CENTRE.We were so impressed,we packed our things in Gandia and booked the last 2 nights of our holiday here!!the pool and food is fantastic, the decor is very modern, the staff are lovely, and the place has a very laid back feel. The rooms are spotless, have a widescreen telly and aircon, and cosy and quiet at night. To sum up:A GREAT HOTEL ...WE SHALL BE BACK!!!

01 June 2007
Just returned from a 8 day stay at hotel. Brilliant facilites (outdoor pool, indoor pool, indoor rapids pool, kids aqua play pool, gym, steam room & jacuzzis), kids indoor wacky warehouse could not be bettered anywhere. Food ok with breakfast choice very good. Evening meals not that great but soups, salad bar & dessert bar very good. Location just right 5 minutes to aqua park, 15 minutes to beach and main shopping & bars area. Evening shows in hotel also quite good. Overall would definately recommend this hotel to any age groups as it is certainly 4 star facilities and rooms, and if the evening meals are not to your liking, for the price you pay for the hotel you can eat out at a reasonable cost.

Review of 'DELOIX AQUA CENTER'
25 March 2007
We stayed for 2 nights at the begining of our holiday before travelling down to Mojacar. We didn't want to be kept up all night by revellers so we opted for this hotel for it's position approx 1.5km from the front and what a great choice it was. It has got an outdoor pool, although it is a bit chilly in winter as it is not heated and a brilliant indoor pool that is heated along with hot showers and Jacuzzi's. The food was excellent, hot and a great choice for everyone and the place was clean and tidy everywhere. The rooms were a good size and warm at night and there are two tennis courts on the roof with excellent views of Benidorm. We liked it that much we went into a cyber-cafe in Mojacar and cut our holiday short by 2 days and went back to finish our holiday off. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definately be returning there.

Review of 'Deloix Habitat'
28 January 2007
We booked two nights, wish we had booked more. Hotel very modern and clean and the food, well we kept going up to collect 'second's'. As it was january the nights were cold and the hotel room heating was much appreciated especially the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The indoor pool area was very nice but it could have done with some changing room area.

'Deloix Habitat' five star hotel
19 December 2006
This hotel is fantastic very modern and the spa is one of a kind, the food is excellent with loads of choice, the rooms are very modern with flat screen t.v's and superb bathrooms. This hotel is the best i've stayed in. It's quite a way back from the beach but it's quiet away from the noise of the town. It takes about 10mins to walk to the beach but well worth it. I would rate this hotel 5* plus, and would recommend it to anyone.

Review of 'DELOIX HABITAT'
29 September 2005
Deloix Habitat (Sep 2005)
Summary
We visited the Deloix Habitat for a week in Sep 2005. The hotel was friendly and very modern. The aqua centre provided lots of facilities such as sauna and jacuzzi and also has a gym. There are several pools at the hotel. The main pool is large compared to size of the hotel with a generous area to relax around the pool. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and high quality.
The location was good – near enough to walk into the main town (approx 20 mins walk to town) but far enough out not to be overlooked by other large hotels.
We were full board and the food was superb.
Overall, both the facilities and food at the hotel were excellent and I would recommend the hotel to all ages.
Additional Details that maybe of interest:
Food - Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided a large range of quality foods. The best hotel food and service I have experienced. Parking - Free and lots of available. There is a large underground car park Room Size – Generous sized rooms with large bathroom with good facilities Good range of toiletries provided in bathroom Pools – There was a choice of pools and they were not crowded, life saver at main pool. The children’s pool looked like fun and included slides etc…. Jacuzzi’s – There were two near the indoor pool and one in the Spa Spa (Aqua centre)– included steam room, jacuzi, sauna, turkish bath and chill out area Service & Staff – Good service at all times and the staff were friendly and helpful Check in was easy – there was always enough staff at reception and in dining areas Luxury touches to hotel – eg, lights turn on when you enter the room, tv in room – flat screen, good quality wardrobes in room Location – The hotel is a short walk away from the main town and 5 mins up from the Benidorm Palace on other side of road. Good location for those who enjoy a short walk and want to be out of the main town and noise pollution. Small parts of the hotel were being finished eg, the safes in the bedrooms were not yet wired – but there was a safe at reception as intermediary. Entertainment – Was available each evening of our stay eg, bingo, ball room dancing etc.. We did not partake so cannot comment on standard – although other guests seems to be enjoying! Gym – Fair sized gym with new equipment including weights benches, running machines and exer
