Stayed at the Crown Plaza whilst visiting London with my son, who has learning difficulties. The staff service was superb and made my son so welcome. The room was ready early, which helped greatly and bathroom facilities were excellent for his care. We only had breakfast in the restaurant but the service and food were faultless.
