I booked this hotel via Alpharooms as a treat for my daughter and myself, who were visiting the Good Food/Gardeners World Show at the Birmingham NEC. Although I had booked a basic double room, we were allocated a large twin room and the facilities, including breakfast were excellent. We even sat alongside some of the celebs from the Show in the cocktail bar! The rate from alpharooms.com was far less than other sites, and as this was my first booking with them, I had been concerned. This turned out to be superb value for money, however, and I will always try alpharooms.com first in future!
