Great Stay at Mexicana & Sharm 17 March 2008 We have just arrived back from a 10 day break at the Mexicana (march 16th 2008), which we booked through Alpha Rooms, which included transfers to the Hotel. When we arrived at the airport, we had just got inside the terminal building when the guide greeted us & took us through Passport control etc. & to the awaiting car, brilliant service & better treatment than booking though a tour operator. We stayed on a Bed & Breakfast basis in the Mexicana & the room & public areas were all clean & very well kept. All the staff were very friendly & made us feel welcome. We opted for B&B because we like to eat out at night, especially in Old Sharm, as well as Naama Bay. We have been to Sharm twice before & paid twice the amount in a 5 star hotel than we did at the Mexicana. THis Hotel is great value for money. Jeff & Jill. Blackburn. Review of 'CREATIVE MEXICANA' 24 January 2007 We stayed at the Mexicana in July 06 and then again in october 06. The accomodation was superb, the food amazing- we went all inclusive! The staff were so helpfull and friendly, in fact the whole holiday was pure bliss! I will definitely be returning. Review of 'CREATIVE MEXICANA' 09 December 2006 room: very clean, spacious, big balcony, fridge, sat-tv. check-in 14:00! breakfast: average in hotels in sinai, no ham available but good selection of bread and sweet bread. fresh omlettes available. Very bad coffee. beach: diamont beach good snorkeling, giant morray, stingray, even dolphins. 5 minutes by hotel shuttle, 20 minutes by foot. Avoid: do not book snorkeling trip to Tiran for 20Euro, you get only 2x25 minutes of snorkeling - not worth the effort. Tip: Bring moskito net as Sharm has a lot of mosquitos.
