Large, warm and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Can be a bit noisy as they take in large numbers of coach parties (school children whilst we were there). A little walk into the centre but there are regular trams from outside the hotel if you don't fancy the 15 minute walk. They sell bus and tram tickets from the newsagents in the hotel lobby. The patisserie in the row of shops built into the hotel do excellent cakes - try the kremowka, they are great.

We arranged a trip to Krakow for 9 of us to celebrate New Year. We left it late so the Cracovia was the only hotel we could find in our budget and so were not expecting much. We were plesantly suprised! The hotel is nothing special, but the rooms are clean, bathrooms are fine, staff were helpfull and breakfast was good. The hotel bar was handy, and it is only 10 / 15 mins walk to the square. If you are looking for cost effective accomodation you can't go wrong.

Hotel overall is not bad.
Comments:

Staff are friendly and efficient.
Nice breakfast
Clean rooms
Tours will pick you up at the hotel
BAD
Hotel is a bit far out of town 15-20 mins walk.
Walk from train station and you have to walk through the town circa 30 mins.
It is on the intersection of a main road and is noisy.
If you store your luggage in the store room they will sting you for it!
