'ok'

Although the hotel was situated in a good location and the staff were very friendly we felt let down by the very small room we had to stay in.This was a free upgraded room so i dread to see what we originally would have got. We was on the ground floor and next to a road which was very busy. The most annoying thing about the hotel was that the cleaners are constantly mithering to clean your room, regardless of whether you are in it or not. The cleaner came at 7.45am, knocking on our door a few times, after successfully waking us up we told her to come back later. By 12 o clock when we were leaving the hotel she come a total of 5 times!Although i did not have any breakfast, my boyfriend had a full english and said it was very nice. Do not think i will be staying at this hotel again.

Not Good
28 March 2008
Some of the staff friendly. Breakfast chaotic. No tables, run out of food! Rooms small. In need of re-decoration. Bath taps didn't work! Extractor fan not working. Window locks broken. And we were up graded to executive!

Very nice hotel, with very helpful staff. Room was lovely, and we would definately stay again. The only disappointment was the continental breakfast, other than that, the food was great.
