Just got back from a fantastic stay at coral beach diving resort, also known as coral beach marina lodge. The hotel was perfect, just what we where looking for - bedrooms extremely comfortable, decorated simply without that usual tacky hotel decor, very spacious and clean, great shower! The food was really good, always a bit of a worry when its buffet style but something for everyone and did'nt here of anyone staying there getting a dicky tummy. Good areas by the pool, plenty of shade, and when your out on the boat daily you dont need a beach. And because the hotel is right next to the marina/keyside you still have the feeling being next to the sea, and welcome the sea breeze! The only bad thing I can think of is the prices of drinks in the bar, but do as we did - buy a bottle of gin on your way there and the bar staff where happy to supply glasses, ice and tonic. Perfect to enjoy a G & T on the balcony at sunset before dinner!! And no complaints about Emperor divers - well run, good equipment and friendly staff. (Although it is indeed cheaper to book the diving on line before arriving). If your not diving not sure how one would cope as theirs not much else to do. Overall very pleased and happy to recommend this resort to friends for a diving holiday. P.S Saw hammerheads and silvertips!!!
