Very little 'comfort'

Shabby, tiny and uncomfortable rooms with tiny shabby bathrooms. In dire need of a refit. Cleaning not impressive either. Too few staff to cope with the turnover of visitors.

This hotel isn't actually in Kensington, it's in Earls Court, about 7 mins walk from the tube, across a busy main road. The room, albeit small, was clean and well equipped. The public areas smell a bit damp but the room was fine. They offer a continental breakfast or for an extra £3 you can go for the full English. OK for a budget style hotel, but for the same price I have found much better hotels in the area.
