The hotel room facilities are good with reasonable sized clean well serviced and equipped rooms. The location in downtown Vancouver is slightly off the main hotel area close to the nightlife sector with a very active "Irish" pub on the ground floor and therefore can be a little noisy at night. I would suggest booking the top floor or a room at the rear if you are a light sleeper. All the staff worked welldelivering good service. This is a room only hotel with some good food a couple of blocks away which at night could be a concern for family groups.
