Comfort Hotel Lamarck

The hotel was very clean and comforting, the staff were friendly and spoke good english. The location of the hotel suited us well as we were over in Paris visiting friends who lived 10mins away, although we did have to walk up the hill whenever we went to see them. It is very close to a metro stop which is incredibly handy for getting around Paris.

The rooms are very basic, quite small but theres enough space to walk around, and to leave clothes and baggage lieing around. The shower is very small and theres barely any room to turn for a large person, luckily im very petit but my partner isnt and it was a struggle for him to shower. But it was still very clean and we managed for the week we were there.

The rooms are cleaned everyday, although i would advise you not to sleep in as we did on most days as the maid just walked in at midday without knocking first :S.

Overall the hotel was everything we needed, it was value for money and was situated perfectly for our sightseeing days in Paris and also when we took the dreadful climb up to Sacre Coeur. A great holiday and would definately stay there again.
