We have just returned from the Cala d'Or Gardens following a weeks stay. The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but clean, the only disappointment being that there wasn't a hairdryer which has been provided in hotels I have stayed in over the last few years and I now thought was standard but this was a minor detail. The beds are a little hard with thin pillows so we asked for extra ones, which appeared within a couple of hours.
We stayed all inclusive, the food was excellent at every meal with plenty of choice. The bar staff dealt with the slight queues that built up for drinks very efficiently, and 1 or more drink was served if asked for. The evening entertainment was adequate for children but very poor for adults so we went out to the nearest bars in the evenings. Towels were left on sunbeds from breakfast as normal but we could always find some around the pool, whenever we arrived. Overall, a lovely holiday.
