Pleasant Stay 12 April 2008 The hotel is simple and clean, with all the facilities you need. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful with the reception staff speaking very good English. Our room was simply furnished but clean and very quiet. Breakfast was good with a nice buffet selection. Coffee and tea free in reception at all times of the day but only mini bar in room. The hotel is perfectly situated in a very quiet street, with all attractions within easy walking distance and especially close to the Old Town Square, and Charles Bridge. This was our first visit to Prague and we would recommend it to anyone although even in early April the tourist crowds were large, especially at the Castle. Prague hotel that gives true Czech hospitality 07 February 2008 I have stayed at this hotel 4 times, and each time I am impressed by the standard of service, cleanliness and friendliness. Situated in a wonderful cobbled street, which is quiet, but manages to conjure up the history that surrounds this hotel. The constant availability of tea and coffee in the lobby is a very welcome gift. This coupled with free internet helps to add to the outstanding quality of this wonderful Prague hostelry. lovely and central 17 January 2008 we had a short break at this hotel and it was lovely. the staff were so polite and courteous. they were so helpful ain all ways from giving directions to places to recommending nice places to eat. the room we stayed in was wonderful.i wolud recommend staying gere as its comfortable central. everything was in walking distance from here. you could have as much tea and coffee as you liked , it was all there for you in the lobby. free internet access from 6am to 11pm. if we go back for anothre visit we would definetly stay here again. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times, and each time I am impressed by the standard of service, cleanliness and friendliness.
