Overall we had a fantastic stay in these apartments, which were in a fantastic location. We were a party of 4 - 2 adults 2 children but booked a 2 bed apartment for extra room. On arrival we found the apartment spotless and very roomy, however we were not situated around the pool - we were advised that this was because the majority of the two bed apartments were located away from the pool. My only complaints were the subsequent cleaning of the apartments (non-existent) - on the fifth day of our holiday after 3 visits to reception to ask for clean towels and the bathroom to be cleaned they finally sent someone to clean our room. Additionally if you're planning going here for the kids club (which is advertised as running in high season and was one of my main reasons for booking this complex) - there wasn't one. I spoke to reception and the animation team to see what was available for children and was told that apart from the evening mini disco there was no specific daytime activities for children but they could join in with the daily adult waterpolo - given that the youngest was only 4 this was a no-go! However the weather was great so the children kept themselves entertained around the pool area which I must admit was ideal for young children. Despite the above the benefits of these apartments outweighed these couple of problems and we would return again.

we had a really great time our appartment was just beside the kiddies pool on the ground floor The kiddies was very good jason said hi to leane and stacey they were lovely.Hows andrew jason misses him.The only fault i had with the cinco plaza were the sun beds there was not enough must of the people there had a problem with this.I'd Love to back again

having stayed her last year, we couldnt wait to return this! 3 good sized pools, and we stayed at the ammirillo one, it was fab. apartments were located round the pools, so easy to walk in and out of when it got too hot.kettle, toaster and microwave all became handy during our stay incl the fan on hot days!
meals around the pool were100% and cheapish too! hired a matress cover for sun loungers from the on-site supermarket too,
the overall was fantastic , and we,d go back as soon as !!
next door to nettos and not far from the main stretch of bars,restaurants, and shops!!
great beach too!!! cinco plazas is just fantastic!!!!

we stayed in cinco plazas in may. highly recommend these apartments. huge, very clean and good location. It is up an incline. The pool did get a bit noisy at times but it seemed to be a great place for kids aswell. I would definitely return here again. pools and their surroundings were lovely with plenty of flowers and trees which made it more welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay @ the cinco Plaza Apts, We were a party of 4 adults & 5 kids, We were allocated 2 excellant room next to the main pool which was perfect. Rooms were very modern spacious & clean although maids do not come every day & once we had to request the room to be cleaned. Entertainment James was very enthusiastic & organised good games around the pool area in th day. Kids Club was also very good & also arranged 3 evenings 6 -8 pm activites. Night time entertainment is lacking any substance as such we were not tempted to stay in any evening. It would have been nice too have music around the pool area as they do have the facility for it. We would definitly return here & felt the hotel is definitly a 3* +

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Cinco Plazas for 2 weeks in August 2007. We loved the apartment, we stayed in a 1Bedroom and it was huge we were very surprised also spotless with 2 balconys.Staff are very friendly and there are so many activites to do each day for both adults and children.Food is lovely. The apartments are central to all only 2 mins walk form the beach and the shopping areas.We would highly recommend the Cinco Plazas to stay and we are for sure to return to the apartment.I actually cant wait to go back and the only reason we would stay in any other place if the Cinco was fully booked out!!

Well I went back to cinco plazas for the 2nd time september this year, was a first time holiday with my partner and cinco plazas were just great. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, the cleaners are also, the rooms are very big (wen had a 1 bdrm apartment) and also very clean, the pool area was always spotless also. Cinco plazas is a lovely place to stay if u are visiting pdc it deffinetly made my first holiday away with my partner and i knew it wouldnt let me down as it didnt the first time either. I'll defos be going back to cincos soon as, as I no there great and lanzarote is a lovely place also!!! DEFOS NOT A 2 STAR more like a 3+!!!!!

Nice accomodation, however, no air condition in rooms as stated in brochure, and dont beleive it if you read the sunbeds don't get reserved - they do!! Also, cleaners didn't come 4 times a week, in fact, we saw them twice in 10 days. Reception staff and tour reps very good though, and a nice location. Breakfast at the pool bar not very good. Otherwise aprtments very nice.

Just back from a week in the Cinco Plaza. Very nice 2 Bed apartment, reception staff lovely. Only problem we had was that to get to our apartment we had to go up 2 ramps which were quite steep for our elderly mother. Also 1 of the Ramps led directly onto a swimming pool, I classed this as very dangerous, my 2year old son nearly went in a couple of times. Other than that they were great! Best we stayed in in Lanzarote!

It's the 2nd time we've stayed here and this time we stayed in a 2 bed apt. Although it was generally clean the bathroom was in dire need of renovation and a good scrub! The complex itself is very clean and the pools well maintained and staff always polite and friendly. It's well worth a visit if you've not stayed here before as the location is good (5 mins to main strip and beach). We'll be looking elsewhere next year but this is one of the better hotels in PDC.

I thought this holtel was amazing!!the Staff are great,,entertainment so funny and i just loved it!

I thought this hotel was great, it was spotless, the rooms were large and had all the facilities you need for a long stay including coffee machine, toaster, fridge etc. The location is great, just a short walk to the front (up quite a steep hill though), the staff were all very accomodating and friendly, the pool area was always clean with a good atmosphere and the food was very good. I would definately stay there again.

On arrival at cinco plazas we were told that only one room had been booked when we actually booked 3 room as there were 13 of us we were very concerened but the receptionist did sort out this problem for us luckily it wasnt peak season.
The complex is very clean rooms are spacious and cleaned every other day the maids do a fantastic job.
Location was brilliant just down the road to the beach and many bars and restaurants.

Lovely appartments, spacious, very clean. Steep hill to town but no probs for able bodied. Beach was 500m away and shop only 100m. Plenty of sunbeds for this time of year (sept 20ish) but could be crowded peak season. Reception staff very helpful.

On returning from the Cinco Plaza Apartments. We could not fault the accomodation. It had excellent facilities including pool bar serving full menu, day and evening entertainment, on site shop with almost every requirement. car hire desk and excursions available to book. We did not travel with children however they were all kept happy and amused. Our room was cleaned almost everyday and towells changed very frequently. Rooms seem to have been refurbished are very modern, bright and airy. Most comfortable, we will definately be returning here.

Our stay at the Cinco Plazas was fantastic, would very much like to visit again sometime. We stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment, which was very spacious and clean, our cleaner was very good and friendly. It was located by one of the smaller pools which was quiet and very relaxing, people did used to claim sunbeds early but this was stopped by the manager who removed towels if not occupied. Staff at the Cinco Plazas were always very helpful and friendly.

what a great hotel!!!!! my girlfriend had been before with her family infact this was her 9th time to the cinco's. The food is great and the waiters and barstaff are excellent especially dave and yo yo! The rooms are great and all are close to one of the 3 pools. book a 1 bedroom apt if poss because you then get to be by the main pool. this is one of the cleanist hotels iv stayed in and there is plenty to keep you occupied in the day(waterpolo, volleyball etc) but you dont get nagged to do any of it so dont worry if your like me and just wanted to relax. The family feel of the hotel makes it feel very safe but I would recommend it to any body. The location is also A1 so the beach and centre is about a 2 min walk. go for this hotel and you wont be disappointed!!!!!!

cinco plaza apts were very nice a bit complicted when you first arrived but once you knew were you were going it was very easy the aprtments were very spacious and the one we were in was newly refurbished. only one thing was disappointing was that there was not enough sunbeds for the size of the complex but on the whole the holiday was very good.
