Reception staff were very friendly.Room was very small,there were no batteries in the remote control for the tv and the button to turn it down was broken(bit of a pain).The breakfast was small but tasty but the staff were rude and were hard to communicate with.Having said that the location was excellent,it was in a lovely quiet area and so central.I would recommend it to other people who are just using the room as a base and somewhere to sleep and shower.I saw no bar or evidence of a bar in the hotel during my stay.The front office staff were excellent and when we were checking out they told us we could leave our bags there all day after we checked out as we had a late flight home.This enabled us to enjoy our last day in London without the hassle of dragging suitcases with us!!

I was very disappointed with the Hotel and the service provided.  The room was very small and hidden away at the end of a shabby looking corridoor.  The breakfast was cold and small and the serving staff exceptionally rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to others, as it spoilt my weekend.
