This was a lovely, clean, modern hotel and there were no bad surprises awaiting us. It makes all the difference knowing you are going back to a clean, spacious and quiet room after a day of sightseeing in London!

Wonderful hotel, staff always smiling and helpful and very spacious clean room. Being near the tube at Gunnersbury was a great advantage making trips into the city a doddle, especially for my 82 year old mother. We have an annual visit to London and we will certainly be booking this hotel again.

Our second stay here and it really is a very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our twin room was large and the modern facilities in good condition. The single beds were a little narrow. The public areas are comfortable. Breakfast was very good with waiter/waitress service for the cooked meal. We would hope to stay again. Alpharooms service was efficient with no problems encountered. I will use this web site again.

We stayed here for the second time in May (first time was last Nov) and again were very satisfied with the accomodation. Price via Alpha Rooms v good. Hotel is 200 m from tube station - 20 -30 minutes into central London - depending if you need to change lines. Rooms excellent - v clean and modern - huge beds ! Good bathroom. Food in restaurant v.good - including breakfast though had to ask couple of times for toast etc as staff seemed v rushed and were slow topping up hot food buffet. Dinner service was better. Quiet location but close enough to walk to bars / shops / restaurants on Chiswick High Road. Good priced underground car park £ 10 per day (half normal price if guest at hotel and pay at reception) Would go again and highly recommend.

Good location, close to public transport network, excellent rooms and good breakfast. Downside, there are smoking rooms available but I was refused as receptonist said rooms could not be reallocated.

Have stayed here for the 3rd time and still as satisfied. It's excellent value as booked through alpharooms. The room is of reasonable size, very clean with good air conditioning. Excellent location, underground station (Gunnersbury) is only 2 mins walk across the road from hotel and 20mins or so into west end. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars along the main road east bound. The biggest bonus is underground hotel car park for only £10 per day. Breakfast is sufficient but service can be a little erratic. Excellent shower!
Also very satisfied with alpharooms' service. Prompt response and 100% trustworthy. Customer service (phone contact) is excellent. I actually felt like I was dealing with a person rather than computer when asking for help.

Excellent room, staff, breakfast. Stayed for 1 night before going on to stay with friends. Was a bit wary about staying myself but location of hotel was good - no problems walking back at night. Will definitely use this again.
