14 nuight stay

The Hotel room was fine. The food in the Hotel was not good. We were served nearly the same food for 14days.We were half board. The food which was supposed to be hot ie. Chips and such like were cold Hot breakfasts were served cold. The sunbeds were very dirty and were always very wet. The staff in the hotel were not too friendly except for the cleaning lady who would always give us a smile. If were were to go back to Sunny Beach we would stay in an Apartment as the weather was so cold and miserable and we cound not even get a cup of tea to warm us up as we were so cold at night in the Hotel room.

we really enjoyed our week at this hotel, the room was spacious and fully air conditioned, the sea veiw was amazing! we loved the irish bar it was cosy and had live music every night that was not too loud for the baby. it was bang in the centre of everything that sunny beach has to offer(which was loads!). The pool was nice and big with a great kids pool and pool bar to enjoy. the only dissapointing thing about the hotel and sunny beach in general was the food, but apart from that we cant wait to go back...i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury, comfort and everything at there doorstep!

I was there June 2006, food was high quality and plentiful. The staff were excellent, Never had a problem getting drinks served in the dining room. As for sunbeds i save up through the year and go to Bulgaria to sit on the beautiful golden sands Dont know how anyone could fault this hotel.

The rooms and the sea view are very good but unfortunatly this is where the good points to the hotel end.  I wouldn't class this hotel a 4*.  The restaurant was very hot and most days you would wait to be served drinks for so long you would be finishing dessert.  The restaurant was not supposed to close at 9.30pm but at 8.30pm their was just left overs left resulting in us eating out most nights.  Their is only enough sunbeds for about a quarter of the hotel so if you don't like putting towels out at 7.00am then you will not get to sit by the pool in the hotel.  Sorry but we were very disappointed with this hotel.  We spent a little more money to take my mother-in-law who is 69 and she couldn't even get a cup of tea when we got back at night, no room service and the bars didn't serve coffee this late.

We stayed here for a week in june 06, this hotel is 5 star in decor but not much else, food is awful and cold , you have to fight in the dinner room every morning,my advice is to eat out every night. the staff are ok but still lacking in customer service, we asked for an iron one night and it was like asking for the holy  grail.Dont even think of calling home from the room the bill will kill you .I would advise people to go self catering in an apartment rather than stay here, the only plus is its so close to the beach and promenade but noisy till 12am every night too.
Stay here at your peril!

Perfect location, good service, caring staff and good food. Right on beach to enjoy and relax in sun.We human never feel happy doesn't matter what you've been offered. Been a constant traveller twice a year to florida i think i found a homelike place only three hours away from home. FANTASTIC
