Good stay in the center of Naples

23 july 2008 I spent 5 days in Napels in the middle of July when it is normally very hot there. I got very spacious room (quiet, facing inner yard), with air conditioning and with a spacious bathroom too. The furniture was a little bit old and tired but it was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, in the harth of the city. So going out from the hotel you merge directly in the pulsating life of this hystorical and exotic city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast (included) was really excellent and generous and very pleasant personnel. To begin my days in Neapel with breakfast at Cavour was one of high points of my stay. Would gladly come there again.

Review of 'CAVOUR'

The Cavour has a very welcoming lobby but the rooms are a bit tired.
The toilet in our room (12) flushed some of the time.

Our room overlooked Gariabldi Square which is noisy but the double glazed doors to the balcony rendered the sounds inaudible.  

I mean, when closed, it was Silent!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is very good, breakfast (included in our case) was excellent.
