Review of Hotel Cavo Maris Beach

We have just returned from a 12 day holiday to Cyprus, we had a perfect stay at the Cavo Maris hotel. I could not fault the hotel at all. The room, the maid service, the food, the waiters, etc were superb for a 3* rated hotel. The hotel was very clean. The children loved the mini-disco & entertainment and the daytime activities - water polo & water aerobics, etc. The pool with swim up bar was great and the added bonus was the beach and sea down the steps from the hotel - the sea was so calm and very clear. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again should I visit Cyprus. We had a hire car and because it was very hot we did tend to drive into Protaras which took a matter of minutes, but if you wanted to walk it would probably take you 15 mins - it was great to not be in the crowded, busy Fig Tree Bay area and felt very relaxed and quiet.
