Catalonia Salamanca Plaza

A very central hotel, you're ony 1 minute away from the Plaza Mayor. Notwithstanding the rooms are quiet and clean. I had a very large room, but most are more standard size. For Spain still spacious.
I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Good food (warm, cold, healthy but you could also spoil yourself with fresly baked croissants).Even after four days I had not tried all the plates.
Getting there by car is very difficult. Go to the underground parking place at the Plaza de los Bandos and walk from there. They have special rates for hotel guests.
