The Castlerosse Hotel is located in the heart of Killarney, a picturesque area of lakes and mountains, home to such attractions as Ross Castle and Inisfallen Island. The hotel has 121 guest rooms, each with direct dial telephone, television, tea and coffee making facility and bathroom. The Castlerosse has a restaurant with lake views, and a traditional Irish pub that looks over the golf course. As well as 9 golfing greens there is also a leisure centre with a 20-metre pool, gym and sauna. There are two meeting rooms for conferences or social events, the largest of which has a capacity of 200 people.

The room was great, we ordered a triple, which consited of 2 single beds and a double bed. Breakfast was nice, HOWEVER, the bar food menu in the evening was not nice at all. Didnt find any of the staff, in any part of the hotel friendly. Nothing nearby, so dont plan on walking anywhere. Town centre is 2kms away.
