A couple of weeks ago we returned from Menorca after staying at the Casteel sol Apartments for two weeks.
We found the apartments to be clean, towels where changed twice a week and bedding changed once mid week.
A few points which let the Casteel sol down (only very slightly);
1st the receptionist lady on the front desk, when she was needed was not very helpful we asked here twice for help with very minor things and got nowhere so be warned!
2nd Ants 1st week we had no ants at all, but week two we had thousands and we did not use the kitchen area choosing to eat out everyday so we are not sure what attracted them.
3rd point; The shower rooms & changing block which is available for holiday makers on there last day (as you are required to vacate your rooms at 10am and flights out are around 7pm) was on our last day turned into a play room by children out of control so what should have been a dry area to get showered and changed in ready for your return journey home , had more water in it than the swimming pool, there is no policing around the pool area at any time of the day or night.
Apart from these minor things we had a fantastic holiday the resort was good, the restaurants served very English food, we found the Bridge restaurant to be our favorite Eating Spot. The beach is fabulous the sea is clear. Bus services to surrounding towns were ok so you can survive without a car, just!

P.S watch out for your excess baggage the reps are waiting for you at the airport we got charged 27euro for being 3kilos over our limit..
