The Caserío de Mozaga was built at the end of the 18 th century, and still keeps its rural character. Situated in Mozaga, the geographical and agricultural centre of the Island. It offers 8 double rooms, two of them with a private lounge, all decorated with traditional furniture, mirroring the atmosphere of Lanzarote at the beginning of the century. All the rooms are equipped with complete bathroom, telephone,the possibility of internet connection, minibar, satellite television and hair dryer. You will get to know another side of the Canarian Culture

Although not as isolated as we initially hoped (within the small village of Mozaga near San Bartolome) we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.  I would recommend a car to get out and about and explore the hidden treasures that Lanzarote has to offer as there isn't much going on in the village.

The rooms and communal areas were spotlessly clean and the grounds were well looked after.  The decor was a nice mixture of old and new.  The staff made every effort to accommodate our needs during our stay.

The restaurant was the highlight for us, wonderful food and very good service.  They also had music on the Saturday night which made a pleasant dining experience even better.
