Fantastic Apartment and Resort

The Casablanca was great, lots of room in the apartments, spotless and clean. As other reviews have said the location is good, there are steps but we were fitter by the end of the week. The parking under the apartments is really useful. The lido in Puerto is a must. The people are friendly and will most certainly return to the Casablanca.

Best In Tenerife

Arrived back last night from our 3rd stay in the Casablanca and as usual cannot fault this place. The location is good, the entire place is spotless and cleaning and maintenance continue unobtrusively throughout the day to ensure that it stays that way. Every member of staff has a cheery 'Ola' for you. The rooms are large and ours was great for our party - a senior, 2 adults and children of 11 and 13. The beds are very comfortable. There is good storage with hangers. The kitchen is well equiped and the TV has Sky Sports 1 and 2, BBC News and a movie channel for those who need it. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. The activity programme is all encompassing and Richard has a smattering of many languages to welcome every nationality. My children were delighted that he remembered them from previous visits. There are also 2 pool tables and a games room. The snack bar is the best that I have encountered in similar establishments and very reasonable. The apartments are 'up the hill' from the main resort which is only 118 steps away or a slightly longer walk round. but there are plenty shops and restaurants nearby if you don't want to go every day. Car parking is available below the complex for 3E per day, if required. Puerto is Tenerife's oldest resort, a cosmopolitan mixture of old town charm and happy holidays. Recommended!!
