Canea Mare Hotel occupies a priveleged location just a few metres from the fabulous crystal clear waters of Agia Marina beach and approximately eight kilometres from the Cretan resort of Chania. In the surrounding area guests will find a good selection of family run tavernas serving traditional Cretan cuisine. Guests are offered the choice of apartments and hotel rooms both of which are well appointed with the modern comforts required for that home from home feel. During the day guests can unwind on the beach or alternatively enjoy a refreshing dip in the hotels inviting pool, while the poolside bar serves cooling refreshments to accompany lazy days in the sun. Great hotel, great location. The staff were friendly and the bartender was luidmil.. We had 3 rooms, stayed for two days before heading to heraklion, found the hotel clean, pool very nice not too crowded.. beach 50m as described on the website and the hotel very clean. The breakfast needs a little upgrade but the manager said they are working on it..
