Venetian-style, romantic hotel dating from the 18th century, on the Grand Canal, few metres from Roma Square. Rooms with all conforts. Good comunicated with San Marco and train station. Vaporeto or bus to piazzale Romay follow the canal to the hotel. From Santa Lucia Station turn to your left to the end of the canal and here is the hotel.

We stayed at the Canal & Walter Hotel in Venice for three nights.
Everything was good, Room, Location, Price Etc Etc.
But and it is a BIG BUT, the quality of the Drinks at Breakfast totally lets this Hotel Down.
Breakfast selection it self was ok to good, Bread etc home baked very good. Fresh Youghurt superb.
But Beverages NO NO NO.
One type of Fruit Juice, Hot Water only Tepid.
Coffee tasted like the cheapest Instant and never hot.
So would I stay at this Hotel again, sadly because of the Bad Coffee and Drinks NO.
All other aspects Yes. But of course you need to start the day happy.
