We stayed at this hotel in august 2007 and august 2006. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are particularly helpful and speak excellent english. The apartment we stayed in the first time had a small balcony overlooking the pool, and the second time we had the apartment next door which had a large balcony which was great. The lounge area had a pull out bed in and there was a bedroom with twin beds. When the bed is pulled out in the lounge there is not much room to move but the rest of the facilities make up for this. The kitchen is well equipped and the television picks up sky news but not any other english channels. The apartment was extremely clean and the maids came in every day except sunday (they even did our washing up!). The bedding was changed twice a week and we also got a change of bedding in between when we asked at reception for extra sheets. The fan in the room is a godsend as Fuerteventura in August is very hot. The pool is freezing but ok for a dip to cool down and our kids (age 9 and 12) played in it all day. The bar and restaraunt serve excellent food and we ate here a few times and made the 5 minute walk into town to eat in the many excellent restaraunts. The laundry is basic and the washing machine won't get rid of any major dirt on your clothes but it sufficed for freshening up our towels and swim wear. There is a computer with internet access which is about 1 euro for 20 minutes i think. Overall we like these apartments for the excellent location, cleanliness and lovely staff.
