not sure what to expect after reading previous reviews but very pleasantly suprised. The rooms were basic but very clean and the daily cleaning staff were excellent,with a 17 month old baby mess soon follows! The dining room staff were very friendly and helpful, high chairs were always available and tables cleared quickly. We had half board and the food was good, well presented and a good range of choice, the baby loved the food! Bar staff were good, bar prices were not expensive. There was a slight language barrier but it is a spanish hotel in the spanish side of benidorm whos main clients are spanish,but like i said only a slight problem. The pool was shaded later in the day which was good for us with the baby but if you wanted all day sun the beach is great,clean,has a life guard there all the time and is a 5 min walk away. The other guests both spanish and british were very friendly, we had a great holiday and would return to the resort and the hotel.
