great hotel
25 April 2007
cant fault anything here, we arrived very early but had checked ahead whether we could book in or leave luggage, they were most helpful letting us check in some 4 hours early. all the staff friendly and very helpful. Taxi's early morning calls all handled with aplomb. Never got to go on a tram everything we wanted to see was easily walkable, some great bars and restaurants very close, just walk around and enjoy a great city.Lemon Leaf restaurant across the road is highly recommended even if for a Thai restaurant it has pasta on the menu!!

Lovelly Hotel
27 March 2007
Lovelly Hotel quite well situated. I can recommend the Lemon Leaf Thai Restaurant opposite the Hotel, although our 1st night there they must have been short staffed and the service was awful. We did however give them another try late on in our stay and it was perfect. I can also recommend the Botel Matylda it is just at the bottom of the street that the Hotel is on. It is of course moored on the river. The Hotel itself has retained its old facade which is very nice but I did feel that the rooms were a bit modern and boxy for an old Hotel. They were well appointed though and spotlessly clean. We did get a pass for the trams although I have to say we did not quite get the hang of using them as there never seemed to be any stops beside the places we wanted to visit. By the time we found the stops we were almost where we wanted to be.

Review of 'Caesar Palace'

An excellent Hotel.5 star quality.Rooms clean and spacious.Handily placed midway between Charles Bridge and Wenceslas Square, both 15 minutes walk away. Taxis freely available outside airport only 550 Crowns. Breakfast very good and satisfying, both hot and cold food available.Whilst no restaurant facility in the Hotel ,the Lemon Leaf Restaurant across the road is highly recommended for taste and value for money. The hotel has a nice bar area for a relaxing evening drink with friendly helpful and English speaking bar staff.

Well positioned hotel.
15 February 2007
We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Caesars Place, 11th - 14th Feb. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was noise from cars on the cobbles and trams going past, but it didn't really spoil our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet style breakfast was of good quality and plentiful. We walked easily to Wenselas Square and old town in approx 10 mins, at a casual pace. Ideally situated. I would recommend this hotel.

'Caesar Palace -Prague
10 November 2006
Caesar Pallace Hotel - Prague ****
Great Hotel, well situated for all of Pragues Tourists spots, Close by the River, 10 minute walk from Wenceles square, 10 minutes walk from Charles Bridge / Prague Castle.
A well presented Hotel, clean and functional, Breakfast service varied and efficient, 650 crowns from the airport
Prague is a beautiful city, pleasant atomosphere, good well priced food and great beer, I stayed with my wife their for 3 days and four nights and contrary to popular belief we did not bump into a stag party once. Hotel staff efficient and courteous - bar a little pricey, if you want a drink at a decent price pop in to one of the bars across the road.
If your planning to go to Prague and you are thinking of staying at the Caesar Palace, then you travel safe in the knowledge that your choice was a good one !

Review of 'Caesar Palace'

The stay at Caesar Palace was excellent. The rooms were maintained to a 5* standard of cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in short walking distance of all main attractions and the local resturants were excellent value for money. We recommend this hotel to all that travel to Prague. We also recommend the "Dogs Boll*$ks" Bar and Resturant for a very cheap and enjoyable 20oz Steak night out.

'Caesar Palace ' - good clean, hospitable hotel
18 August 2006
A nice hotel though a good 10 min walk from main tourist spots. Breakfast good and plenty of selection. Rooms spacious, clean and a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Hotel bar closes quite early [11 pm] and is very quiet.
Lovely restaraunt right outside serving great and varied food [ lemon leaf].
I`d probably try a different hotel, just cos of location, but definately go back to Lemon Leaf restaraunt!

We stayed at Caesar Palace to celebrate our Wedding anniversary and found it very efficiently run, immaculately clean and tidy with newly renovated rooms. The room was to a high standard equivalent of any good 4 star accomodation in the UK. The buffet breakfast was great and kept us going till teatime. We found the reception staff and bar staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Even lending us an umbrella for the evening when it rained unexpectedly .The hotel was located right by the best quality bars and restaurants and 20 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. It is up the road from the famous Frank Guhry building which has the river alongside. It is perfectly suited to getting to from the airport by the 100 bus then the underground and a walk of 3 roads to the door of the hotel all in for 50 crowns. (about £1.20, they charge 10 crowns for each suitcase and 20 for each adult) Saving us about £20 quid in taxi fayre This money we duly spent on the food and beer at Kampa Park restaurant. We would definately go again and stay at Caesar Palace.

Review of 'CAESAR PALACE'
28 March 2006
Have just returned from a long weekend, staying at this hotel.
Absolutely no complaints. Hotel is lovely. Public areas are modern and very well maintained. We were given a room at the back of the hotel on the ground floor, which was disappointing for the view ( back of some buildings ), however the room itself was very spacious and clean. Free safe in room, lots of storage space, and nice comfortable beds. Mini bar in room is reasonably priced also. Lovely large bathroom, and although there is a notice re towel changes, our towels were changed daily without us leaving them on the floor.....
Location is really ideal. 2 minutes walk to river. 10 minutes walk along the river to Charles Bridge. 10 minutes in opposite direction to Wenceslas Square, and roughly 15 minutes to main tourist square - Astronomical Clock etc - which I have to say is far nicer than Wenceslas!!
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Prague. Staff are very friendly, and excursions may be booked through hotel reception. All in all, great and if I ever go back to Prague would definitley book here again.
