Reasonably close to the beach, only a couple of minutes walk. Apartments about 5 mins walk away from the main strectch of restaurants on the beach, and about another 5 mins to the harbour. Apartments themselves a bit dated, but cleaners were in every day and seemed always to be cleaning the public areas. We used the new pool at the far end of the complex, and with the sun deck above it, it was a suntrap. We went in late February 2008, and it wasnt busy at all, although it seemed to fill up towards the end of the week with Swedes. Very quiet at night, although if you select this property, be warned, there is only one entrance on Avenida Londres, and you can be walking miles to get to your apartment, loads of steps too, so wouldnt recommend it to someone with walking difficulties, although there were a few older folk with the wee electric buggy things, loads of ramps in here for access. Also, the Avenida Londres isnt a busy street, but, our apartment was facing the avenida, and we were wakened up at odd hours with the council cutting the grass in the Avenidas footpath, or emptying the glass recycling bins. All in all though, a good apartment complex in a good location.
