Clean throughout, good breakfast room & sitting area downstairs, breakfasts generous, staff pleasant & helpful BUT bedroom (& approach to it) was unwelcoming, poorly lit & in need of redecoration, tv didn't work & en suite shower room in need of repairs (eg tiles off wall) - not worthy of 3 stars
Well placed for exploring the city but we'd go for somewhere better next time
