Review of 'BRASIL'

The hotel is very clean as was the room we stayed in.staff friendly too. It's a small hotel and it seemed as most of the occupants were retired spanish people. This we had no problem with as they are all friendly. The only problem we had was at lunch and evening meal time it became chaos in the dining hall as they opened up the hotel to outside residents so at times there was not enough seating. Breakfast was repetative, lunch was good so was the evening meal. Also just because the locals are getting free water and wine with their meals you have to pay. Hotel location is opposite a police station in the centre of the old town so the only problem is parking (theres nowhere). Staying at the hotel Brasil was well worth the money.

Spanish hotel, catering mainly for Spanish holidaymakers. We look specifically for this type of hotel as we prefer to enter into their way of life and try to communicate with them. We were the only English people in the hotel and we had great fun with our limited 'restaurant' spanish trying to understand the very friendly 'seniors' groups who were there at the same time as us. Rooms were comfortable and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food for a 2star was perfectly adequate and we only ate out on one evening. We will return.

This hotel was excellent and i would def visit again. All the staff was fantastic, and very helpfull. We was the only English there for the first week but everyone made you feel very welcome. The food was lovely. The entertainment that was available was great it involved everyone. There was bingo the lambada, and much more. The children enjoyed every min and so did the adults. You'd be mad not to go!!!!

i stayed at the brasil for a weekend and found this hotel good standard, although i must say the food was excellent the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. It has entertainment most days and is based about 10 mins walk from the centre and beach.

ejoyable holiday
28 August 2005
We booked a two weeks stay at the Brasil hotel not knowing where abouts it was, but we thoroughly enjoyed it even though we were the only English people there for the fortnight, everyone was very friendly and the food was excellant, allthough it was very central there was very little noise, and there was entertainment every night, my wife's hairdryer broke during our stay so we asked at the reception and they just simply gave us one to use for the rest of our stay where else can you get this sort of service, We would certainly use Alpha rooms again

The hotel Brasil, a great Package

This hotel was really accommodating, I and my family of two young boys and a teenage girl along with my partner were very impressed with the friendly atmosphere of the staff who made our stay so welcoming. The food was excellent and we enjoyed every meal, full board is a must! There was live entertainment in the evening and there was plenty of enjoyment in the swimming pool with the kids.Although very near to the centre the noise was not heard from our hotel and was great to go shopping at night.
