This is a well located pleasant hotel near St Mark's Square but with it's own jetty. so once you reach Venice, you can take a water taxi directly to the front door.
The room was fine, the restaurant overlooked the canals, you could buy internet access and the breakfast was good.
However, the day we were leaving, we were sitting in the water taxi when the Hotel Manager came running out accusing us of having stolen a shoe horn from the room. It took us some minutes to try to understand what he was saying, as we had no idea what he was talking about, and had taken nothing from the room (not even the complimentary bathroom slippers!). My husband was furious at the accusation, which was made in front of the taxi man and another member of the hotel staff, and I was very upset. Eventually my husnad challenged the Hotel manager to check our suitcase and he backed off, but to be honest, it left a very bad taste after what had been a really super few days in Venice.
