GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION
24 June 2008
Jus returned from NICE, found this hotel perfect location for sightseeing. 3 of us in a large room with a large bathroom. Staff were excellent and hepled us out with train times, recemmended places to eat etc. Situated within walking distace of all shops, restaurants, train, tram and bus lines you couldn,t be anywhere better. Continental breakfast was simple but plentyful. No tea or coffee making facilities in room but we asked for a kettle and they provided it with cups and saucers and sugar free of charge. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels daily. Would reccommend this hotel and would stay again.

Our stay at Best western New York
22 May 2008
We were a group of four females. The hotel was very central to everything and if you are a shopper you just come out of the hotel turn right and find yourself right in the main shopping area of Jean Medicine. The trams run until late and they can take you to the train station or the bus station amonst other places and very cheaply at that one euro per journey or four euros for twenty four hours and you can hop on and off as many times during that period. The hotel was very nice the rooms were fresh and clean although you could not say that they where sound proof as stated in the hotel brochure, even so at the time of our stay it was a peaceful break. My daughter was with me and she a bit concerned about our room being close to the lift thinking that we would hear operating it in the still of the night and hear the door closing, this was not the case so in this respect maybe the sound proffing did work. The breakfast was continental style, and our two friends commented that the breakfast was better than the one they got in Prague. The only suggestion I would make to the owner would be to provide a couple of bathrooms with a walk in shower facility as my daughter is disabled and she found it awarkward getting in and out of the bath as she cannot lift her legs very high and I had to assist her in getting in and out of the bath. We had an enjoyable stay and all agreed that the would stay at the hotel again if they were to come back to Nice.

Review of 'BEST WESTERN NEW YORK'
13 April 2007
Despite the tram works we had an enjoyable stay. Rooms clean and of a reasonable standard. First room was a liitle cramped but functiona, (ask for an alternative room if they offer you 205,305,405). Second room, 416 was twice the size with three beautiful floor to ceiling windows and a small Juliette balcony. When you find your way around, this hotel is convenient for the old town, shops, station, the beach and great restaurants. Staff were absolutely fantastic, couldn't do enough, definitely would get 5*s.
