Convenient location - handy for tube/buses/shops, good value, friendly helpful staff, ample breakfast, rooms very small but quiet at the rear, would stay there again.

The hotel is in an excellent location for Gloucester Road Tube station. The hotel is of a high standard, its clean and has obviously been refurbished to a high standard. Breakfast is good with a varied choic. The safe and air conditioning are an added bonus. I would stay there again. The room was a little on the small side and it looked onto the air conditioning units outside. I would request a higher floor next time to avoid this. The room was on -1 floor.

The hotel, had been refurbished to a high standard, and we especially liked the bathroom suite. The air conditioning and safe were an added bonus. Breakfast very good and included in the price of the room. The staff were very nice and the left luggage facility was good and secure. The close proximity to the underground was a great help as we had heavy suitcases. We only stayed one night on return from holiday, but would definitely use the Best Western Cromwell for a longer stay.

Excellent hotel. All staff very helpful and polite. Rooms decorated to a high standard and very clean. Breakfast very good and very close to underground at Gloucester Road giving easy access to Covent Garden etc. Would definately recommend this hotel .

Very good, clean staff polite and spoke good english. The hotel was very clsoe tot the underground so access to the city was great. Breakfast was very good. We will diffenently be using this hotel again and recommending to our friends

Stayed at The Cromwell on 26/04/08 for one night. The staff were extremely friendly. We dropped our bags off at @ 10am and when we returned @ 4pm our bags were waiting for us in the room. The room was exceptionally clean, very nicely decorated and the bathroom was fab. It was one of the quietest hotels I have stayed in in London! Breakfast the next day was great, continental and a hot buffet - very good quality food. The location was ideal, a one minute walk to the tube and a nice area. Would definately 100% recommend this hotel and I got a great deal with Alpharooms.

This hotel represented excellent value for money and we were very pleased with it. The location is perfect, close to museums, public transport and supermarkets. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel modern and clean. The rooms were adequate size and facilities were modern. The breakfast was buffet and very good quality. Particularly useful was the free wireless internet access. The rooms were quiet thanks to double glazing and an inner fire door. Temperature control was efficient. I have stayed in a number of hotels in various parts of London but found this one of the most enjoyable experiences and would recommend this hotel highly.
