What our customers say

My daughter (adult) and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days from 25th May. We arrived just in time for lunch, our room was ready, had a sea view on floor 5. Room was very well furnished, 2 large beds, nice balcony, beautiful views, only downside for me was that they had no a/c until the 30th of May, we kept the balcony door open when we were in the room, not a big deal but had it been any warmer then it would have been. For some reason, bathroom became quite smelly during the night, door best kept closed!!maid service good. Reception staff were very helpful, also spoke very good english. Food was adequate, plenty of choice, full botles of wine, water etc were brought to the table. Clientele were mostly elderly Spanish, a few families but that was not a problem, we just wanted a quiet break. Gardens were very well kept, I would say there were plenty of sunbeds, never had a problem getting one. Entertainment was all in Spanish, but they seemed to try and involve everyone. Maybe the hotel could take this in to consideration and cater a bit more for English speaking guests. Overall an enjoyable stay, thanks alpharooms for our requests being passed to hotel.
