excellent hotel and staff brilliant. Really enjoyed stay and great location for london sight seeing and shopping would stay again with pleasure. Rooms nice and traditional and quite large, food lovely and service quick even at christmas

The Berners - A Hotel with class

From the moment we walked through the door the spendour of the hallway and grand lobby was a sight to behold. The dining room/bar area also had the same grandeur. As the cost of the hotel was not astronomical we felt that the style, staff and particularly the food was of a very high quality. We will definitely stay there again, especially as it is one minute's walk from, the famous, Oxford Street.
