What our customers say

The double room was extremely small - I would actually say that its more shoebox size. We stayed in room 34,which was in the basement of the hotel. The corridors going down were very narrow and clastrophobic. The lift would only take a maximum of 2 people each time. There were hairs in the bath, the wallpaper was peeling off and there were stains on the headboard of the bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately. As we arrived very late in the night on the Friday, we complained about the room the next morning and were upgraded free of charge to their suite (no 15) which is their best room. It was alright given that its a 2 star hotel but if it were anything less, we would have demanded our money back.
