Bentley Hotel

On arrival Thurs eve, found room very clean and comfortable, we were dissapointed that the hot water system was not working. it was friday eve before could have a shower. the view was dissapointing, write up for hotel said views over bridge and river! only that was from the very top in the resturant! staff could have been bit more friendly,one young man was very helpful.the area was a bit out of the way and had to travel quite a way to sights.
