quality/price OK

The food in buffetform was OK. Simple, but always enough and warm. Only the terrible smell in the bathroom wasn`t quite nice. We taped off the ventilationshaft and that helped. Been there for 7 days with 2 boyzz ( 7 and 10 years old ) Claudia was our favorite waistress.

Friendly

Stayed at the Benilux for 4 nights over New Year with a group of 11, youngest was 15yrs the others more mature. It wa clean & friendly, food was ok. Our room was not as nice as some of the otheres, maybe they are in the middl3e of a refurb. Co7uld do with more interent access as only 2 computers & were busy all day & night. Nothing much to do for youngsters. BUt that didn't bother us as we went out into Poniente, there was an ice skating rink & carousel which was lovely.

Very good and friendly

I ve been in Benidorm several times, this hotel is very good, clean friendly people, well organized restaurant, bar and entertainment and so on...The room have a great balcony with a view on the garden. The bathrooms and corridor have a rather "old" look, their best period is long away but it is still ok.

We were a group of 12 people all aged 50+. We all live in Spain but went to Benidorm on a short holiday.  The hotel is clean, very central to all the wonderful shops and Poniente Beach.

The rooms were clean but perhaps a little "tired" and tghe beds were very very firm.  The food in the restuarant was excellent and a very good choice, even if you are on a diet there is no need to be naughty because you can work with any diet with the choice you get, so no cheating ok!

Entertainment is organised each evening and during the day you can join in, if you wish, with keep fit, line dancing, and many other activities all in all a good choice for us.

Maybe it was just bad timing but when we arrived it was a Spanish Holiday so the hotel  was full of Spanish people who i find to be very loud . This hotel is not the place to go if like to have a sleep in as from around 8 in the morning the cleaners start and the noise they make pulling bed back and fort is not to be smiled at .
It  also very hard to get a bed at the pool as people where getting up very early and putting towels on them this should not be aloud. The food was just ok it was all spanish .Entertainment was all in Spanish so we had to go out everynight as the kids where board stiff. The hotel was clean but apart from that it was just OK .The one big thing that i could not believe was they charge you €10 for the remote control for the TV that has only one English channel BBC news but they don't tell you this before you buy it  i have never stayed in a hotel where you had to buy the remote control .

I dont think i would go back

This hotel is very quiet and conveniently placed with all the rooms and balconies towards the garden/park/pool area. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. It is only a short distance to the beach. The only shortfalls we found was the food which was acceptable but not fantastic and since most hotel guests were from Spain all the entertainment was very Spanish and only in the Spanish language.

this is our second stay in the Benilux Park and we like the location, food and entertainment so much we would be happy to go back again! This time was only an overnight stay as Benidorm is only  one and a half hours from our home in Spain, but we felt that it was a restful break. However if you want to enter the hustle and bustle of the Old Town or the more garish levante beach the hotel is very well situated. If you are taking children the pool is good and the hotel is only a few minutes walk to the beach.

We stayed here for just 2 nights between Christmas 05 and the New Year.  This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed.  The rooms are a good size with nice balcony and sea view.  Towels were changed every day and beds made up.  Menu had a good selection but no vegetarian option of main course.  Breakfast was lovely - fresh croissants, bread, buscuits, hams and cheeses, cooked english breakfast, coffee fruitjuice and cava!
Hotel staff were very helpful and will ring a taxi if you require one.  Most of the staff speak English but are happy to let you practise your holiday Spanish on them if you want to.  Good value for money.  Will use this hotel again when staying in Benidorm.

booked this hotel through alpha rooms,as we have booked through this company before i was confident this hotel would'nt let us down.
we went on a last minute trip and there was 7 of us ranging from the age of 8years to 73 years of age.
so we needed something of a mixed bag to satisfy everybody.
the hotel benilux is very clean and tidy and hats off to the domestic staff as the rooms are cleaned every day and the reception area is spotless.
the reception lounge area is very large in which is very relaxing and is very easy to nod off.
the nightly entertainment although was virtually in spanish had a good vibe about it and the bar is large as well stocked.
neat pool with gardens, although we rarely went around the pool as we like to get out and about.
the only thing i was dissapointed with was the choice of menu in the restaraunt although there are your salads, cheeses etc, when it came to the hot food your choice is limited to just three meals, one is always fish which was nice it must be said, while the other two dishes could be battered hamburger or curry which tastes more like gravy.
the gala dinner was excellent with ham and pork off the bone and that was for starters.
all in all a pleasent hotel surrounded by lots of shops and bars and a little cheaper than the new town and has a more spanish feel in this area.
i travel to benidorm about 3 times a year and enjoy what the place has to offer.
if you are feeling up to it rather than going in to benidorm why not head the other way and take i nice stroll in to la cala about 2 miles away and if you have 5 euros on you take a lift up to top of the grand bali hotel onto the viewing area the views are awsome,a pair of binoculars would help and make sure you wear a hat as it can get very hot up there.
there are views of terra mitica another place to visit i would recomend get yourself an evening ticket not only will it save you money but you wont be in the sun allday and the park is open untill 12pm at night but check.
there are buses to take you,the no 21 will cost 90 cents each about66 pence.
although a taxi is roughly 7 euros(£4.85p)but taxis coming back charge 10 euros no matter where you are going.
all in all this region has everything to offer.

The Hotel is very comfortable and the staff as very friendly. If there is a problem they try and sort it out and they usually do.  Food is plentiful and quite a good choice.  Rooms are comfortable and clean and the maids are friendly.   There are lots of facilities ranging from bingo, rifle shooting, darts, boules, dancing - it caters for young and old. I have been back to the Hotel year after year sometimes going back 3 times in one year, and I am looking to book again in October. One slight draw back for me is the smoking in the reception area, that is the only down side for me.
