GREAT APARTMENTS
13 June 2008
Great apartments, was on hen do and perfect size for what we needed, balconies were the best they were massive loads of room to dance before you go out! Could of done with having 2 bedrooms rather than 1 and the sofas in the living room which we had to use as beds. Good location on beach though!

this was a great hotel with lovely big spacious apartments, clean and well equipt. the staff were lovely and informative and saved us money by booking us the shuttle bus to the airport rather than paying for 2 taxis. the veiws of the sea from the large balcony were awesome. we sunbathed all day opposite the hotel the building work was going on to extend the promanade, the old town with the tapas bars were in walking distance with supermarkets and cafes on the hotels doorstep, a taxi into the lively new town square was 7 euros and was worth it! the bars there are full on and as you would expect in April getting busy, loads of stag and hen partys out and a really bustling centre, loads of shows and adult entertainment. if you want to get away from the madness the Hotel Benibeach was a perfect oasis.

the hotel was brilliant we found the staff very polite freindly and helpful, we needed a few things doing and they repaired and replaced almost immediately, the only worry we had with the children we were 18 floors up, but we were ok. benidorm itself was good, enjoyed good meals at stretford end and kavanaghs bar, but otherwise did not find it a nice experience shopping, terra natura is a must abd terra mittica as well as mundomar

I found Benibeach a wonderful place with spectacular views of the island & good views of the beach & sea. With a two minute walk to the beach I found this apartment a nice place to stay I would definitely go back there, the staff were helpful & friendly which can make your holiday. Benidorm is a nice place we would like to thank the staff from the Bunce party who stayed in room 084.

Review of 'Benibeach'

Arrived at benibeach with four other girly friends for hen weekend. At reception recieved a shock that we would have to pay deposit of 130 euros in case of breakages and that when we got to room we should count everything that should have been in room or would have to pay for missing!!! After initial shock found the room very clean and spacious with a massive balcony over looking the sea! Paradise! Where benibeach is situated is quite far from main nightlife- bout 30 min walk but only 7 euros in taxi. Staff at reception very helpful and pool nice but very cold! On the whole for what we paid very impressed and would go back again if on a budget!

August 11th-26th 2006. we were concered about the hotel when we read some of the reviews. When we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did have to leave a disposit but we got that back on the last day. The room was clean and tidy. we had regular towel change and bedlinen changed. We did not enjoy the pool but spent most of our time on the beach instead. we had a fabulous view of the beach and see front. we did not hire the T.v it was expensive for the chanels you got. This was explained to us by the staff. i would recommend this hotel for single people or groups with no children. Benidorm does not have much for children.

Review of 'BENIBEACH' No problems here
24 July 2006
After reading the bad review on this site i did not want to go away and was dreading it. When we arrived the receptionist was excellent yes we did have to leave a deposit of 60euros but it was returned as we were leaving so we didnt have to budget to include th final day. The rooms were spotless the toilet did smell a bit but so did most of the drains in benidorm. Beds were very comfortable but the pillows were odd shapes. Towels were changed twice a week and sheets changed on a Friday. Pool was lovely good size, we occasionally had dead wasps in it but only one or two but as there are trees and shrubs all around it. Entertainment was only bingo and kareoke every other night but there were pubs on the sea front if you wanted something different but didnt want to walk far. Best thing about benibeach was the views from the balcony and listening to the wave crash on the beach as we laid in bed on a night. Ideal for older kids ours were 9 and 14 no good for young kids as no entertainment

Great appartments, very clean and spacious.Fab veiws of the beach.Kids loved the pool. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.About a 20 min walk into the new town but plenty of shops and cafes and resturants 5 mins walk from the appartments.we prefered our beach because it was quieter than the beach in the new town but not as much to do in the way of water sports and things. The only down side was the 60 EURO DEPOSIT that we had to pay on arrival other than that everything else was great.Cant wait to book for next years hols :) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review of 'BENIBEACH'
09 July 2006
My husband and I spent a week in the Benibeach June 2006. We were slightly concerned having read other reviews of this accomodation. Our accomodation was on the 6th floor with wonderful views of the beach and sea. The apartment was spotless and reasonable well equipped for a self catering holiday. The reception staff all spoke good English and were very helpful. The location of the apartments is really good - relatively quiet part of Benidorm but only 5 minutes from the 'buzz' We only viewed the 'cabaret and entertainment' when we passed through the lounge area and were not impressed however there is plenty of entertainment around the bay so you have choice. We were asked to pay a deposit of 135 Euros when we arrived and were told that the amount of deposit required ( we had seen the guests checking in before us being asked for 50 Euros) is dependant on whom you book through so be warned if you are on a tight budget with no access to other money then £100 of your holiday spending money is gone. Overall we were really happy with the Benibeach and would definately go back again

Benibeach is OK, the lifts are quite fast and the rooms are basic but clean. Didn't eat anything at the hotel so can't comment on the food.
The pool is quite small and not very accesable, the sunbeds are on a concreted area.
OK for groups of young lads but about 10 min Taxi to the centre and there not always easy to find.
Probably the best choice for a young couple looking for a cheap shorter break.

Least "child friendly" apartment I have encountered. No kettles in room, no food or drink available before 12 noon, then it is pre-packed. Vending machines always empty. No sunbeds by pool, explanation given that they get thrown in pool, what about all the other thousands hotels in Benidorm, they seem to manage. Staff generally unfriendly apart from man behind bar, who tried to help whenever. The apartment was clean, but nothing in there worth the £100 deposit we had to pay, some found this a hardship. By the end of our week the pool was dirty from people treading in grass. We did not expect 5 star but did think we would be able to purchase snacks and drinks had to take young children out of apartment area to eat through the day. Nothing in the way of entertainment in the imediate area. Would not recommend these, but the sea view was spectacular.

I read two 5* reviews about this place before booking and was very disappointed. Position seems to be in the only derelict area along the beach, although views of the sea/beach were great. The pool was nice but far too cold to swim in(!) But what annoyed me the most were the constant signs about security and being watched; and also that nothing is included in the apartment. You have to pay quite a lot extra for the tv to be turned on. The equipment is terrible - no kettle, no decent knife or chopping board etc I also worried about the safety of our young children as the balcony was far to easy to climb on and only some of the windows had bars. Cleanliness was ok as long as you didn't look too hard: windows in desperate need of a clean, and all tap fittings and windows fittings dirty.
Power went out regularly, and we had to get our room cards changed about three times as they would not always work. (And the cards never worked on the building access door.) Maintenance on this building is not a priority. Walls are thin so expect yelling and banging between 2-4am when drunk tourists come back to sleep. If you get a cheap price and don't expect too much the place is fine. Why anyone would want to go to Benidorm in general though I have no idea!

This hotel is decent accommodation. My only quibble would be the shock of having to pay 135 euros when we arrived (1am) this is quite a large ammount particulary for any families on a budget. The room was clean - not a lot to do in the hotel in the evening but you are near to old town and the new area is about 20 minutes to walk to.

These apartments are ideally situated a few yards from the promenade on Poniente Beach, and are good value for money. Whilst not huge they are clean, reasonably equipped, have large balconies with fantastic views.
The bar area is OK, although should be opened earlier in the day, and the pool is very pleasant but un heated. However, they do have a ridiculous rule of not allowing sun loungers on the lawn by the pool, forcing sunbathers into the acr park!!
There are no luxuries at The Beni Beach, but it's a good base, it's clean, and only a few euros away by cab from the livelier Levante Beach area.

The Benibeach Apartments were fantastic. We took a short self catering break in Benidorm and opted to stay at the Benibeach. Being a young couple we were on a budget but we still wanted value for money and that is exactly what we got at the Benibeach Apartments. Not only are the apartments of an ideal size, but they are clean and easily accessible, the staff were extremely friendly and they even order taxis for you from reception should you require them. You can also buy tickets from the reception to many of the local attractions, overall this holiday was fantastic, made even better by the quality of accomodation we stayed in. Very Highly Recommended!

Aphrodite eat your heart out
02 April 2006
When we arrived the apartment was spotless, lovely white walls and white marble floors. But to beat everything else was this fantastic view when we drew back the curtains. You would think you were on board a ship, with the red rails and the entire windows which slid back was taken up by the sea, a clear calm cut glass sea with Benidorm Island like a whale who had stuck it's head up for a sneak look and dived back down again in the centre. At night the whole of Benedorm beach was lit up like Manhattan. Tiny birds came to your window for a crumb or two. we were on the 6th floor but every single apartment has a sea view. Just a short trip in the lift or you can walk down and cross the crossing and you're on the beach.
Loved it can't wait to go back.

benibeach apt's is situated on the seafront line of the poniete beach, all apt's benefiting from luxurious views of the whole beach line & inland.the apt's are very spacious and well equipped and the staff all speak perfect english and are very helpful.the block is surrounded by bars and restaurants of different types and a wsupermarket right next to the apt's.the beach is literally minute over the main beach road & the old town a short stroll away for more varied bars & cafe's. we encountered a few problems at the apt's,on arrival we were asked for a deposit of £100 cash,we offered debit or credit card but it had to be cash?,this may pose a problem for families on a budget perhaps?,when we used the cooker in the apt's,the lights all tripped,we reported it to reception & indeed an engineer came the next morning. Our apartment door would not lock on xmas eve,but sure enough-a technition came out that afternoon to make itlockable. After 1'0'clock(for you night owls!!)the beach entrance is locked and the only entrance to the apt's is from the main door on the rear of the building which entails walking up a very large hill which may not be healthy for those with delicate hearts or breathing? Over-all, a thumbs up for beni beach for self catering apartments with a relaxed, easy feeling.
